You are: A pre-award contract manager who advises Accenture`s on-site business/client units and project teams on contract management and compliance issues. Initiate, track and monitor contract changes, results, correspondence and risks and maintain associated documentation. Work: Design, review and approve appropriate reports in accordance with contract management processes and account procurement requirements. Research contract terms, applicable laws and/or other regulations as necessary Implement contract management processes for a specific project or account in a manner consistent with Accenture guidelines; Actively promote the benefits and awareness of contract management among business leaders and clients and identify opportunities to further develop contract management support; and Implement processes to proactively achieve compliance and management in collaboration with the client, accenture team and legal department. Change Order Process) Ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external leaders and to be able to contribute to and influence important business and contract decisions; and at least 7 years. relevant experience as a contract manager with contact with complex and risky companies with proven experience in team management; Advanced knowledge and understanding of legal principles related to trade and contract management; Manage the contract on a day-to-day basis by advising on strategic direction, contract interpretation and the consequences of actions/inactions Responding to requests for contractual obligations and revisions Contract managers also organize, control and direct the work activities of a team of contract management experts and other engagement-related employees assigned to a client company or unit, Taking responsibility for Adopting business and contractual results and acting as a model for contracts, executives and a trusted partner of the company. Contract managers are customer-centric and play a key role in building trusting relationships with other clients. We apply our commercial and contractual expertise to guide the delivery of legal and business outcomes for our priority missions and portfolios, including: supporting negotiation and contracting activities Reviewing performance standards for contract management staff, assessing job performance and taking timely action to identify high performance and correct underperformance; Actively market and promote the contract management function within the business unit or geographic area, compliance with contractual obligations and Accenture policy. Understanding of the general rules and principles of commercial contracts, as well as procurement practices Contract managers must be able to manage complex, high-risk, high-quality contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws and client business requirements. Contract managers typically sit alongside Accenture`s business units/clients and project teams (often on-site at the client`s site) and are expected to maintain a high level of account transparency in the performance of their contract management duties.
Working with delivery and financial results leads to identifying and relaxing appropriate contractual levers that impact the cost of sales and profits. Assist in pre-award sales activities, including the development of responses to customer or other requests, cooperate with companies and the right to develop contractual plans and participate in negotiations; and lead the contract management team for a specific project or account; Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills Responsible for advising and escalating to a senior manager, contractual, commercial or CM positioning issues that are not satisfactorily resolved by the project team in a timely manner Contract management is part of our legal and business services.
